Summary (subordinate to the original conditions)

After payment, you, sitebuilder, obtain the limited non-transferable right to use CMSinSite software as a service and to have it used by your clients (end user).

The data placed by the end user is the responsibility of the sitebuilder.

It is not allowed:

Impose an unreasonable load on the cmsinsite.com site or disrupt the proper functioning of the cmsinsite.com site.
Infringe on the rights of third parties, e.g. intellectual property rights.
Infringe the privacy of third parties.
Post offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, threatening or seditious content.
